How long does U.S. delivery usually take? |
Inside the United States 1st Class Mail generally takes 3-10 days, although in many cases we find 3-6 is common even from NY to Hawaii. Priority Mail is 2-4 day delivery for the same package. By using the Post Office we are able to have our customers receive packages even on Saturday.

| Do you ship Internationally? |
We do ship Internationally to a variety of countries. Our primary method is the US Postal Airmail service.
If you would like to have an item shipped by special courier, please be prepared to pay a premium, and contact us at the Customer Support email address below. If you are concerned that your particular country is available, the best way to determine this is to proceed with your order and see if your country is listed in the checkout. You will not be asked for any personal information prior to this.

| How long does International shipping take? |
International shipping is completely dependant on factors such as Customs, the US Post Office, and the Postal Service of the receiving country. We can only promise to ship your order out quickly after you place it. From that point, Customs and the 2 Postal Services take over and it is beyond our control. Because we use Airmail, there can be no tracking information since the package changes hands between 3 different services. Registered Mail will allow us to confirm THAT a package has been delivered but not when it WILL be delivered.

| How much does shipping cost? |

| Is Tracking Information available? |
You will receive an email at the time of shipping with this number. We ship every U.S. package with Delivery Confirmation. This is exactly what it sounds like. It will not provide you with the location of your package, it will only become active when your order has already been delivered to your address. Since all packages are mailed at the Postal hub, YOU WILL NOT SEE ANY STATUS UNTIL YOUR PACKAGE IS ALREADY DELIVERED. Your email is your confirmation that your package has been shipped. International orders do not ship with tracking information and are subject to Customs delays beyond our control.

| Do you ship to APO's? |
We are happy to ship to APO and AFO addresses. Please enter your address as you normally would, and your shipping will be calculated using standard USPS First Class and Priority Mail rates.

| Is my item in stock? |
We maintain a large inventory of all items. Occasionally sales of a particular item may exceed the available on-hand quantity. These items are shipped separately by Priority Mail the very same day they arrive back into stock at no additional charge to the customer.

| Can I have my order shipped overnight? |
We offer Express mail (1-2 day service), however we do not offer 'Overnight Shipping' at this time. Most Express Mail packages reach their destination within a day.

| Do you accept Purchase Orders? |
We do accept Purchase Orders from Government, Business, and Educational Institutions. A Purchase Order application is available upon request. We reserve the right to deny any Purchase Order.

| Do you have a store or can I pick up my order? |
We do not maintain a store location. Our business is primarily online which allows us to keep overhead to a minimum. While we do maintain offices, our products ship from a central warehouse which is not equipped to handle customers directly. This enables us to keep costs down which is reflected in our prices.
